Your online registration will be acknowledged immediately by an automated email. Please check your spam folder in case you do not receive an email within 30 minutes of submitting your application.
MD Medicon will then prepare an invoice based on the information included in your registration form. We will email you the invoice or contact you by email in case there are any issues.
Please settle the invoice within 10 business days of receipt. Please note that we only accept payments by wire transfer.
Once we receive payment, our team will confirm your registration by email and send your accreditation for you to print off. Please keep in mind that you need to show your accreditation in order to collect printed accreditation on the welcome desk.
All relevant terms and conditions will be emailed to you together with the invoice.
CHB 2019 accreditation does not include:
Accommodation, travel expenses, as well as any other costs outside of the event building. Cost of business lunch for accompanying persons and invited guests, as well as insurance of persons and personal belongings for all participants, are not covered with accreditation for 3rd CHB.
Please note that MD Medicon will only accept payment by wire transfer. We do not accept credit card payment or any other payment form.
The payment of the CHB fee must be made at the latest by December 02th, 2019 and is mandatory for attendance. Please note that we will only confirm your registration and provide your accreditation after receipt of the conference fee.
To cancel your registration, please send us an email with your cancellation request. We will apply a cancellation fee of 10% of the convention fee for all cancellations. In case we receive your cancellation request after the 18. November 2019, no refund will be issued.
